Expand the pasta production capabilities of your Nina 250 or Nina 170 pasta sheeter with the Nina Pasta Extruder Attachment. This attachment allows you to mix and extrude fresh pasta directly from your Nina.
The Nina Pasta Extruder Attachment is a great way to expand the types of fresh pasta you can make with your Nina pasta machine. This unit mounts onto the side of both the Nina 250 and Nina 170 and allows the production of extruded short and long pastas such as rigatoni, bucatini and spaghetti through the use of interchangeable bronze dies. Simply add your ingredients, let the attachment mix the pasta dough, then extrude. The Extruder Attachment is capable of producing up to 8-10 lbs/hour of fresh pasta. Included are four standard dies of your choice from our die catalog and an automatic pasta cutter with both single and double blade knives. All components can be removed for easy cleaning.
