Commercial pasta machines are designed for higher volume artisanal production. These machines feature larger motors, gearboxes, and additional cooling to allow for higher production runs, ranging from 6 to 12 hours per day. Commercial pasta machines are great for large restaurants or small pasta factories wishing to produce the highest quality fresh pasta.

  1. The P50 by La Monferrina is the step up from the popular P6 Pasta Extruder and is great for any high volume restaurant or someone looking to produce fresh pasta for retail sale.
  2. The PDUE (P2) is the ideal pasta machine for large restaurants, small pasta shops, and supermarkets. Featuring dual mixing hoppers for continuous production, the PDUE produces laminated sheets of pasta and with optional attachments is capable of producing specialty products such as ravioli, gnocchi, and tagliatelle. The DVE option allows the PDUE to extrude various shapes such as rigatoni, bucatini, and penne.

    The Komby is an automatic pasta sheeter/laminator that produces 160mm (6.3") sheets of pasta. The built-in mixer mixes the pasta dough and the Komby then runs the dough through its patented groove outline laminating rollers to create silky smooth sheets of pasta. The sheets can be ran through the full size ravioli maker, creating different ravioli shapes and sizes by changing the ravioli mould. Cutting cassettes can be inserted to cut the pasta to various widths including popular cuts such as fettuccine and pappardelle.

  7. The P150 is an industrial pasta extruder for the production of short and long pastas featuring dual built-in mixers for continuous high volume pasta production. The machine is capable of mixing pasta dough in the rear hopper as it extrudes fresh pasta in the front hopper. The rear hopper tilts for easy transfer of dough. When producing sheets of pasta and feeding it to another machine, the P150 utilizes an optical sensor to ensure continuous production. Hourly production of 100kg-150kg per hour.

  8. The ECA is an industrial automatic pasta sheeter/laminator with a built-in single or dual dough mixer. It is available in four sizes featuring the following sheet widths, 160mm (6.3"), 250mm (9.8"), 320mm (12.6"), 500mm (19.7"). The laminating group is comprised of three sets of rollers with a patented groove outline giving the dough a silky smooth finish. The finished sheet of pasta can be fed into a pasta cutter or a specialty machine such a ravioli or tortellini machine.

  10. The EC240V pasta sheeter is similar to the EC230 but features a built-in 8kg dough mixer. The EC240V produces 240mm sheets of pasta in varying thickness and cuts them to width with either of the four built-in pasta cutters, 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 5mm, and 10mm.

  11. The EC250RS is a double sheet ravioli machine with easily interchangeable moulds for the production of ravioli stuffed with meat, cheese, and vegetables. Changing the mould will provide a different ravioli shape. This machine allows pasta sheet thickness adjustment from 0-2mm and adjustable output speed, from 1.5 meters to 7.5 meters per minute. An automatic conveyor belt transports the pasta into pasta drying trays.

  14. This fully automatic machine features interchangeable moulds for the production of small and medium sized capelletti, tortelloni, and single sheet ravioli shapes such as mezzaluna. The machine is available in either 140mm (5.5") or 250mm (9.8") sheet sizes, both featuring adjustable dough sheet thickness. The filling system in continuous with adjustable portion control.

  15. The GN6 gnocchi maker produces traditional gnocchi shape products using fresh potatoes, dehydrated potato flakes, or flour. Gnocchi forming parts are easily removable to adjust the gnocchi size, length, and ridges. The GN6 produces between 200-250Kg per hour.
