Pasta Sheeters


Our pasta sheeters are designed to produce silky smooth sheets of traditional laminated pasta. The sheets of pasta can be used to produce ravioli, lasagna, and cannelloni. The sheets can also be cut into classic pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, fettuccine, and pappardelle.

Set Descending Direction

  1. The Imperia RMN220 is the classic fresh pasta sheeter. Featuring 10 thickness adjustment settings, the machine produces a 210mm (8.3") sheet of pasta which can be used for ravioli, lasagna, or cut by hand. Optional cutter attachments cut your pasta into various widths including popular cuts such as fettuccine and pappardelle.

  2. This compact table top pasta machine produces a 170mm (6.7") wide sheet of pasta that can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and sheets for stuffed products like ravioli and cappelletti.
  3. This compact table top pasta machine produces a 250mm (9.8") wide sheet of pasta that can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and sheets for stuffed products like ravioli and cappelletti.
  4. This workhorse pasta sheeter has been in the US market since 1985. Known for its versatility and compactness, the C230 is capable of producing sheets of pasta as well as cutting them to width with either of the four built-in pasta cutters.

  9. The Pasta Sheeter Attachment transforms your planetary mixer into a high production fresh pasta sheeter, perfect for restaurants, delis, and pizzerias looking to add a fresh pasta selection. An optional Ravioli Maker allows the attachment to produce fresh ravioli. Interchangeable cutting cassettes cut your pasta sheets into various widths.
