RETAIL SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ

1. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase. Purchaser shall pay all return shipping costs.

2. If you have questions, or would like to discuss insurance and delivery options please notify us BEFORE ordering!

3. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to check for DAMAGE to crate and equipment upon arrival. If equipment is damaged in shipment, all damage claims shall be made by Purchaser to the Shipper. Any damage not noted in Bill of Lading is Purchaser’s responsibility. EMILIOMITI LLC is NOT responsible for damages or lost items which occur en route. All claims for damages or lost items which occured during shipment are between the Purchaser and the company delivering the freight.

4. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on any returned item, including roundtrip freight (NO EXEPTIONS). All items must be returned within ten (10) day of purchase.

5. Any returned item must be shipped in its original box and packaging materials for proper credit.

COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY - PLEASE READ

1. For all commercial and industrial equipment returned* to EMILIOMITI LLC within thirty (30) days of sale, EMILIOMITI LLC will attempt to resell the used/refurbished equipment to a third party Purchaser as used/refurbished equipment, with the used/refurbished equipment sales price, less a twenty percent (20%) restocking and sales fee, returned to the Purchaser. In the event the used/refurbished equipment is not resold within thirty (30) days of delivery to EMILIOMITI LLC Purchaser will receive a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the original sales price direct from EMILIOMITI LLC Returns are not accepted more than thirty (30) days after sale.
