Torchio Model B Hand Press Pasta Maker

For making homemade fresh pasta the Torchio Model B hand crank pasta press comes complete with two dies for making bigoli (thick spaghetti) and gargati (Venetian thick walled, ridged tube). The Torchio Model B hand press can be attached to any table, bench, or countertop (bench, hardware not included).

The Model B is perfect for the pasta enthusiast looking to make fresh pasta at home. This model can also be used for low production applications such as catering. The Model B has a batch capacity of 480 grams (17 ounces) of pasta dough.

Why we love it: The Model B uses the largest die size of all Torchio models for a larger selection of pasta shapes and sizes. The Model B is the only Torchio which has a removable die locking ring which makes switching dies and cleaning much easier than other Torchio models.

Important: When installing a die onto the Torchio, the side of the die with a smaller diameter should face outward while the side of the die with a larger diameter should face inward toward the pasta dough cylinder.
