CORSA MonoPista Empanada Maker

The CORSA MonoPista is a medium production semi-automatic empanada maker with an estimated production of up to 1,800 pieces per hour. The empanada forming stamp is interchangeable to meet your desired shape and the MonoPista can be programmed to accomodate different filling weights. The dough is processed through 210mm (8.25") wide calibrating rollers before the filling is dispensed pneumatically. The MonoPista features two motors, two pneumatic pumps, stainless steel construction and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to fine tune the production of your product.

The CORSA MonoPista can be used for the production of Empanada, Perogi, Pelmeni, Vareniki, Samosa, Chinese Dumplings, Crab Rangoon, and Kreplach.

CORSA MonoPista Workflow:
-Dough sheets are laid onto the sheet holder so they can be fed into the calibration rollers
-Sheet thickness can be adjusted to your desired setting depending on the product being produced
-The calibrated sheet is laid onto the conveyor belt where the pneumatic pump deposits the filling
-A special sheet guide flips the dough over to cover the filling before it travels into the forming stamp
-A pneumatic piston stamps the shape in one step forming and cutting the empanada
-A worker manually collects the finished product from the conveyor belt
