RC 140/250 - Cappelletti/Tortelloni Maker
This fully automatic machine features interchangeable moulds for the production of small and medium sized capelletti, tortelloni, and single sheet ravioli shapes such as mezzaluna. The machine is available in either 140mm (5.5") or 250mm (9.8") sheet sizes, both featuring adjustable dough sheet thickness. The filling system in continuous with adjustable portion control.
