A 160/250/320/500 - Pasta Sheeter/Laminator with Built-In Mixer
The EC A is an industrial automatic pasta sheeter/laminator with a built-in single or dual dough mixer. It is available in four sizes featuring the following sheet widths, 160mm (6.3"), 250mm (9.8"), 320mm (12.6"), 500mm (19.7"). The laminating group is comprised of three sets of rollers with a patented groove outline giving the dough a silky smooth finish. The finished sheet of pasta can be fed into a pasta cutter or a specialty machine such a ravioli or tortellini machine.
