UNIVERSAL 85 SUPER - Pasta Sheeter/Laminator, Ravioli Maker, Pasta Cutter
The Universal 85 Super is a combination commercial pasta machine capable of mixing pasta dough, producing 280mm (11") sheets of pasta, cutting the sheets with either of its' 4 built-in pasta cutters, or making ravioli from the built-in ravioli maker. Large laminating rollers will provide silky smooth sheets used for tagliatelle, lasagna, or ravioli. Hourly production of 30-50kg per hour.
