Imperia Raviolamp Heart Shaped Ravioli Tray. This tray makes 12 heart shaped filled ravioli. Ravioli are approximately 40mm (1.57") in width and 35mm (1.37") in height.
How to use: Produce two pasta sheets, each approximately 14" in length and 6" in width. Lay down the first pasta sheet onto the tray. Fill each ravioli cavity with the ravioli filling. Do not overfill. Lay the second pasta sheet on top. Gently roll the wooden rolling pin over the ravioli. Roll until the ravioli are perforated and can be pulled apart. Depending on the hydration of the pasta sheet you may need to lightly dust each sheet of pasta with a soft flour.
Constructed of aluminum on enamel steel base with rubber feet. Includes wooden rolling pin.
