P2 DVE - Pasta Sheeter/Laminator, Double Vat Extruder
The PDUE (P2) is the ideal pasta machine for large restaurants, small pasta shops, and supermarkets. Featuring dual mixing hoppers for continuous production, the PDUE produces laminated sheets of pasta and with optional attachments is capable of producing specialty products such as ravioli, gnocchi, and tagliatelle. The DVE option allows the PDUE to extrude various shapes such as rigatoni, bucatini, and penne.
The PDUE (P2) is a versatile pasta machine that has the capability of producing laminated sheets of pasta, extruded pasta, cut tagliatelle, along with specialty products such as ravioli and gnocchi. The PDUE DVE includes two mixing hoppers, the main hopper laminates sheets of pasta as the rear hopper mixes dough for the continuous production of pasta. The rear hopper also features an extruder which can produce a large variety of extruded pasta shapes.
Additional accessories like the Mulit-Pasta Attachment allow you to create a complete line of flat and/or filled pasta such as tagliatelle, ravioli, gnocchi, and penne.
