The GF HP 4 is a heavy duty 4 horsepower cheese grater designed to grate hard cheeses. This model can grate up to 8 pounds per minute of finely grated cheese thanks to its 1/16" tooth stainless steel drum. A built-in safety switch turns off the machine when the handle is lifted.
