This optional automatic pasta cutter for the Lillo Due pasta extruder allows for consistent and effortless cutting of short and medium length pasta shapes. Featuring a single blade knife, this pasta cutter is designed to cut pasta shapes as the pasta is extruded from the Lillo Due. The rotation speed of the knife is adjustable allowing you to fine tune your pasta cutting by pasta shape. This cutter plugs into a standard 110 volt outlet. You will need a total of two 110 volt outlets, one for the Lillo Due and another for this cutter.
