The RAV 160 DS is a high volume commercial double sheet ravioli maker. Custom ravioli moulds allow you to make any ravioli shape desired. The 160 DS is the ideal machine for a pasta company looking to add or increase production of stuffed pasta products.
The RAV 160 DS is an all new high volume commercial ravioli machine capable of producing up to 190 kg/hr of fresh ravioli. The 160 DS makes ravioli from two sheets of 160mm wide pasta. The ravioli stuffing is dispensed automatically via a pneumatic pump. The stuffing amount is fully adjustable allowing for fine tuning depending on which ravioli mould is being used. The 160 DS comes with your choice of one ravioli mould. Ravioli moulds are custom made allowing for a large selection of ravioli shapes and sizes. A touchscreen control panel allows you to have full control over your ravioli production.
*Compressed air is needed for the ravioli filling to be dispensed.
