NINA 250 - Pasta Dough Sheeter with Built-In Cutters
This compact table top pasta machine produces a 250mm (9.8") wide sheet of pasta that can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and sheets for stuffed products like ravioli and cappelletti.
The Nina 250 table top pasta sheeter produces a 250mm (9.8") wide sheet of fresh pasta that can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and sheets for stuffed products like ravioli, tortellini, and cappelletti. Pasta sheet thickness is adjustable with a locking lever to maintain a consistent thickness. The Nina features built-in 2mm and 6mm cutters in the rear of the machine. Once you make a sheet of pasta, running the sheets through the built-in cutters will produce either 2mm tagliolini or 6mm fettuccine. A powerful 750 watt motor runs large diameter stainless steel rollers to quickly build a sheet of pasta.
The Nina 250 can make ravioli automatically with the optional Ravioli Maker Attachment or can make extruded pasta shapes with the optional Mixer / Extruder Attachment.
The Nina is the ideal pasta sheeter for medium size restaurants. Optional attachments expand your fresh pasta offering.
