An ultra-compact tabletop pasta dough sheeter capable of producing a wide 320mm (12.6") sheet of pasta that can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and filled pasta.
The Roga SF 320 table top pasta dough sheeter is produced in Bologna, Italy, the home of fresh pasta. This dough sheeter features an ultra-compact design measuring just 9.25" deep (13.75" with tray installed) yet produces a wide 320mm (12.6") sheet of pasta. Sheet thickness is adjustable up to 5mm and can be easily adjusted. Stainless steel rollers create a silky-smooth texture. A large opening makes it easy to feed your dough through the rollers. A 110 volt single phase motor provides powerful sheeting ability.Â
