ROGA SF 400 - Pasta Dough Sheeter
An ultra-compact tabletop pasta dough sheeter capable of producing a wide 400mm (15.75") sheet of pasta that can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and filled pasta.
The Roga SF 400 table top pasta dough sheeter is produced in Bologna, Italy, the home of fresh pasta. This dough sheeter features an ultra-compact design measuring just 9.25" deep (13.75" with tray installed) yet produces a wide 400mm (15.75") sheet of pasta. Sheet thickness is adjustable up to 5mm and can be easily adjusted. Stainless steel rollers create a silky-smooth texture. A large opening makes it easy to feed your dough through the rollers. A built-in phase converter provides the benefits of a 220 volt motor in a 110 volt application.
This model does not work with GFCI power outlets.
