A compact tabletop pasta dough sheeter capable of producing a 220mm (8.6") sheet of pasta that can be used to make tagliatelle, lasagna, and filled pasta.Â
The Roga SF 220 is a compact table top pasta dough sheeter produced in Bologna, Italy, the home of fresh pasta. This dough sheeter features an ultra-compact design measuring just 8" deep and produces a 220mm (8.6") wide sheet of pasta. Sheet thickness is adjustable up to 5mm and can be easily adjusted. Stainless steel rollers create a silky-smooth texture. Stainless steel construction and a chain-drive drivetrain ensures durability. No plastic or rubber components within the motor or drivetrain. A 110 volt motor allows for more placement options in your kitchen.Â
Optional: Wooden Rollers for an artisanally textured pasta similar to traditionally rolling the dough with a mattarello rolling pin.
This model does not work with GFCI power outlets.
